We process information relating to your membership tier and membership requests. Membership invoices are currently handled manually and are not processed through an in-app payment provider.

Technical information

We may process limited technical information required to operate and secure the service, such as device type, operating system, app version, authentication information, technical logs, push-notification identifiers and error/security information.

We only provide information reasonably necessary to fulfil the request you have asked us to coordinate.

7. Health and medical information

RIGHT HAND does not provide or coordinate medical, healthcare, diagnostic, treatment or medication-related services through the app.

Users should not submit medical or health information through RIGHT HAND.

8. Payments

RIGHT HAND does not currently process membership payments directly within the mobile application.

Membership invoices may be created manually and uploaded to your account. If payment functionality is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated where necessary.
